1. Service Provider

The service provider is FactoryDeck sp. z o.o. based in Poland. NIP: [to be completed]. Email: kontakt@factorydeck.app.

2. Definitions

Platform — the FactoryDeck web application. User — a person using the Platform. Company — a registered organizational unit.

3. Plans and Pricing

TRIAL plan: 3 months free. ENTERPRISE plan: pricing agreed individually.

4. Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with the law and these terms. Prohibited: sharing accounts with third parties, attempting to bypass security measures, using for purposes inconsistent with the intended use.

5. Prohibited Use

Prohibited: breaking system security, transmitting malicious software, using the Platform for illegal activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

The provider is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, system maintenance, or User actions inconsistent with these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Jurisdiction: Poland. ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (Art. 14 Reg. 524/2013).

8. Amendments

We will notify you of changes to these terms 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account.
